It was 2 minutes past 1am on the 4th of May 2006 when I began this entry.
Or (to be more precise), at two minutes and three seconds past 1am, the time will be 01:02:03, on 04-05-06.
In the US though, the same phenomenon was observed on 5 April (since their calendar works on a month/date/year basis).
