What a surprise!
It snowed - and the London Underground suffered. Left home at 8am...and my usual 30 minute trip to the office took 1.5 hours instead!
Now it looks like the widespread disruption caused by heavy snowfall today looks set to continue overnight.
Why is it that this country ALWAYS grinds to a halt at the slightest hint of bad weather?
