Still feeling low about Arsenal at present (and Tuesday's 4-4 draw with Liverpool didn't help either), but just wanted to say a quick "Happy Saint George's Day".
While I understand fears about St George being hijacked by racist elements, a muted response to celebrate the day of England's patron saint isn't the answer, either.
Saint George represents ALL English citizens. Making St George's Day a public holiday would be a good start to reclaim him from the far right...
