Well for the first several minutes last night, Arsenal were quite good. Then Man Utd scored. After that it was men against boys.
Last night Arsenal appeared second-best by a distance, and while there's no shame in losing against a good team in the Champions League semi finals - its the manner of the defeat that's disturbing.
Two semi-finals and a Champions League spot this season doesn't equate as a complete failure, but this summer Arsène Wenger will have to re-evaluate his faith in youth and rebuild Arsenal into a squad that can beat Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea.
