John Terry scores away....

Chelski skipper John Terry scored the winner at Burnley yesterday to move his side four points clear at the top of the Premier League table. However Terry is also grabbing the headlines for non-footnall reasons, after an injunction stopping the media from reporting allegations about his private life was lifted by the High Court.

Mr Justice Tugendhat removed the order, which banned reports about married Terry's alleged affair with French model Vanessa Perroncel, ex-partner of England team-mate Wayne Bridge.

The Football Association has thus far refused to comment on allegations surrounding John Terry's future as England captain, but football pundits have expressed their doubts as to whether John Terry will lead England at the 2010 World Cup.

From Burnley fans yesterday:

"Chelsea, wherever you may be,
don't leave your wife with John Terry".

Seriously though, my concern isn't over John Terry's alleged indiscretions, but that he supposedly used the Human Rights Act as a legal gagging order to hide said indiscretions, and protect his lucrative commercial interests worth millions.
