Well I voted today...I was sorely tempted to write on my ballot card "VOTE MR. TINKLES - CATS RULE!" - but that would have invalidated my vote.
What I find worrying are the stories about people being turned away from some polling stations, before they could vote. Other reports claim one polling station stayed open after the 10pm deadline to allow folks to vote.
Not only do we have an antiquated voting system, we can't even cope with the electorate exercising their democratic right...
