Violent Crime Unit, spokesman Don Stone said.
"At this time, Baton Rouge Police investigators are meeting with the LSU football players and their attorney, Nathan Fisher," Stone said in a statement released after 10 a.m. Tuesday. The meeting began at 8 a.m., Stone said.
Players being interviewed include offensive tackle Chris Davenport, starting quarterback Jordan Jefferson, linebacker Josh Johns and receiver Jarvis Landry.
Authorities say four people were injured in the fight, none of them players. One person’s injuries were serious enough that two unspecified players could be arrested on felony battery charges, according to The Associated Press.
