The two-day Notting Hill Carnival will go ahead despite the recent riots in London, but the festivities will end early, organisers say.
The event will begin at 09:00 BST and end by 19:00 BST on 28 and 29 August.

My opinion? I would stop this year's carnival. But I guess with the money spent to date arranging the event, that was never going to be an option.
