Last month my local chippy, the Sea Shell fish and chip restaurant in Central London, was badly damaged by fire and as a result, closed until further notice.

However, it appears the Sea Shell will emerge like the proverbial phoenix from the ashes. Notices have recently appeared on the boarded-up windows advising that the restaurant will be re-opening next year.
